Born in Tampa, Anthony has been part of the Tampa community his entire life. After law school he began practicing as a criminal defense lawyer, and then represented insurance companies in matters of insurance, personal injury and wrongful death claims for 17 years. Today, he represents only individuals who have been injured as a result of the fault of others, and in matters of criminal defense. Anthony is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Florida Bar, and is rated AV by Martindale Hubble the highest rating available to attorneys nationally. He has lectured at seminars in his area of practice. Anthony has tried cases throughout the state of Florida since 1986.

Anthony resides in Tampa with his wife Linda and two sons. Outside of the practice of law, Anthony is a co-owner of a cardio fitness gym, where is enjoys instructing strength and conditioning and boxing for fitness classes.
